• Minimum length of stay: 3 months

• All rates are non- serviced rental rate.

• All rates are net in Thailand Baht (THB) inclusive of VAT and service charges.

• All rates are subject to availability and change without any notice.

• For tenancy of 3 months, a security deposit of 1 month rental plus 1 month rent in advance is required.

• For tenancy of more than 3 months, , a security deposit of 2 months rental plus 1 month rent in advance is required.

• All rates are not included water supply, electricity and Wi-Fi internet, which will be charged as follows:

     - Water Supply charge: 18 baht per unit.
     - Electricity charge: 8 baht per unit.
     - Wi-Fi internet charge: 500 Baht per month (per 1 user with unlimited use).

• Cleaning and Bedding change service (weekly) are available, upon request (rates depend on room type and other conditions).

• All rooms are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

• Maximum 2 persons per room in existing beds.

• Serviced rental rate of each room is available upon request only.
